Please provide us with your contact information, items of interest, item quantities, shipping address, and your need-by date when you call or email, so we can give you as accurate of a quote as possible.

Select the product you want on the website, including size, accessories and color. After selecting, add it to the shopping cart and submit the order. Then send an email to sales04@yuanhongfz.com with the pattern and text you want to customize and we will get it back to you.

1.Choose your material
This is often guided by your artwork requirements, and exactly how you wish your lanyard to look. We'll normally recommend one of two of our most popular fabrics, but should you want something different we'll be happy to advise you accordingly.
2.Width of your Lanyard
The standard length of a lanyard is 900mm in total, but the width is something you choose, anywhere from 10mm to 25mm.We tend to recommend 20mm to our customers as it generally give a better reproduction of your logo or text.
3. Clips and Accessories
We include a trigger clip as standard, but you can choose from a number of different styles and types that can be added to your lanyard, both functional and decorative.
4. Printing of your lanyard
Please kindly provide your Colour references for both the material and logos, and choose the printing you want. If you do not know much about lanyard's printing, you could send a picture of the product you are looking for for our reference. We are also happy to provide you with the best design advice based on our work experience.
5.Confirm your design
According to your customization requirements, we will provide a proof to you before you decide to order. We will send you a PDF proof within 12 hours unless specified sooner. Once you receive your proof, you can request edits or reply with approval. We will not release your order into production until your approval is given.

When submitting art to persbadge, please kindly send EPS or vector art files. Native files from Adobe® such as Photoshop®, Illustrator® and high-pixel images will also be accepted. Please package all fonts and links before submitting.If you need any templates, email us and we’ll send you everything you need.please submit files to sales04@yuanhongfz.com.

1.For in-stock Lanyards you can order as few as 1 lanyard at a time. There is no minimum order quantity.

2. For custom orders, the minimum order is 100 per design. If you’d like to order below the minimum, a less than minimum fee per lanyard design would be added.

We offer free samples of most of our items. If you want the custom sample with your LOGO, we will charge a sample fee of $30 or $50.The shipping cost of the sample is to be paid by you.

Yes, changes can be made to your proof until you are satisfied with the final version. If you want to make changes to your proof after approving your order, please notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after that point or additional charges may occur.
